HAVE YOUR OWN PERSONAL TRAINER
If you can’t make it to our regular classes or prefer a one-on-one training experience, why not trying a Self-defense personal training session?
Private training may be a great option for you to consider if you would like to focus on your self defense techniques or if you are having trouble picking up certain areas .
It is also an excellent option if you are training towards a goal, if you want to have extra help with your fitness or if you just simply can’t attend our normal classes.
The private training sessions we offer at Tactical Combat System are one-on-one only, with just you and one of our certified instructors.
On your first session, the instructor will sit down with you to understand what you would like to achieve in terms of personal self defense techniques and fitness level, and they will build a tailored program to suit your needs.
Our instructors can cover anything from general fitness, combative and sparring to specific Tactical Combat System techniques.
