TRIBE 13 Ranking System is an unique way of motivating the members, but also a recognition of their skills. The ranking system is a very serious part of the the tribe’s organization and for achieving them there are existing different requirements.
TRIBE 13 is a place for people to learn or to improve different skills in such a way that they can be better protectors for their families or communities.
For this reason we put serious accent on learning, training and achieving this skills.
Every rank has different attributions and a specific role in the tribe.
WARRIOR 1 – Is the first entry rank in Tribe. After becoming a member you can achieve it by completing the next requirements:
- participating to minimum 3 online training sessions
- being a member for at list 3 months
- finishing at list one task given by the commander
- passing the WARRIOR 1 rank test
WARRIOR 2 – Is the second rank in the Tribe and for achieving it you need to complete the next requirements:
- having the rank WARRIOR 1 for at list 6 months
- participating to minimum 6 online training sessions or one real life seminars.
- finishing at list three tasks given by the commander
- passing the WARRIOR 2 rank test
WARRIOR 3 – Is the next rank in the tribe and to achieve it you need to complete the next requirements:
- having the rank WARRIOR 2 for at list one year
- participating to minimum 10 online training sessions
- participating to one real life seminar or course
- finishing at list four tasks given by the commander
- passing the WARRIOR 3 rank test
The next rank in the tribe is the EXPERT. The requirements are:
- having the rank WARRIOR 3 for at list one year
- participating to minimum 20 online training sessions
- participating to 2 real life seminars or courses
- finishing at list 6 tasks given by the commander
- passing the EXPERT rank test
The VETERAN is the next rank in the tribe. You can achieve this rank but completing the next requirements:
- having the rank of EXPERT for at list 2 years
- participating to a minimum of 50 online training sessions
- participating to 3 real life seminars or courses
- finishing at list 10 tasks given by the commander
- passing the VETERAN rank test
The VETERAN can create his one tribe in the region were is living.
The last rank in the tribe is the MASTER. The requirements for this rank are the next:
- having the rank VETERAN for at list 2 years
- creating a tribe
- being the commander of that tribe for at list one year
The MASTER can organize and command all the tribes present in one country.
